I felt pretty good at 40. By the time that decade ended I was a wreck physically. I would appreciate your health if you still have it. And use it if you still have it.
- 44 here, and in the midst of long Covid. That shit snowballed quick.
  
  Language evolves, and it's now completely normal to use an adjective in place of its adverb in some sentences, particularly when it's being used for emphasis
