All of that but with much more conviction was in yesterday's Emmanuel Macron speech.
- Yeah he basically just repeated what everyone and their grandmother has been demanding for weeks now anyway

  Since I speak French fluently I was able to watch the full video of Emmanuel Macron's address to the nation and I found it great.
  
  i would certainly wish all he is stating in there is of a universal consensus, yet you might agree there are descending voices in Europe and such speeches have their importance after all.
