blakenong @lemmings.world They can’t actually stop encryption. Even if they outlaw it, they can’t enforce it. They can’t regulate the FOSS software market.

3 0 Replyblakenong @lemmings.world China cannot control software they don’t control. But a person would not be able to rely on a third party service. That’s the same everywhere, it just China. Telegram, Signal, etc, they are all able to be compromised. You have to roll your own.
