3 0 Reply"Ceramic" is just different proprietary PFAS chemicals that are not Teflon and so haven't been proven to cause cancer (yet).
Enamel is a baked on paint like you'd put on pottery. Kind of glassy.
9 3 ReplyDo you have a reference for that bit about ceramic coating? My understanding was that enamel was a glass coating, and ceramic was a, well, ceramic coating.
