So what's a vasectomy cutting out
Your vas deferens.
According to Wikipedia, they don't cut it out. They cut it, then seal one side. Seems to me that it should be called a vasotomy.
Wikipedia or not, that is not the way mine was done. They cut out a small portion of the tubes then cauterized both ends on both sides.
Nothing is removed.
A little piece is removed. At least that's what they did with mine
