Not this specific thing, but he's said similar shit in speeches like "I like people who don't get captured" while shitting on the last republican with morals.
There’s so many videos of him saying crazy ass shit, I can’t imagine how long it would take to sift through all of it and find this specific instance.

When he admits he's a psychopath, then it isn't an insult. And he admitted it.
That doesn't sound at all, in any way whatsoever, like defending Trump. Like, I'm not even sure how anyone who speaks even basic English would think that is somehow defending Trump.
