Why is this guy being cast in everything? Aren't there any other actors?
He is the Kwisatz Haderach, the one who can be in many places at once.
They need to replace Johnny Depp... Coming soon! Edward Scissorhands: The Musical!
At least it isn't Depp!
The Depp one was decent, he's pretty good at playing bizarre character actors. Tim looks like he's over his head in this one...
I actually agree, the film itself wasn't bad, it's just Depp that's unbearable..
I think the only thing I've seen Chalemet in was Little Women, and he was quite off putting in that, so as far as I'm concerned he's a perfect fit lol
Imo Depp is unbearable now, his older stuff was great
Back in the Fear and Loathing days, when his bizzaro schtick was new, it was enjoyable (especially in that context of all the drugs), but it got old fast. I thought he was better in Sweeney Todd and Finding Neverland because he had to be more serious and give something beyond "quirky", but I'd honestly struggle to watch those now, or even things he did voice work on because I can't get past that icky feeling he gives me now. But lets be fair, it's not that big of a loss
