Wiimotes use what amounts to wifi. They're slow as shit for that reason, so you should probably use an adapter.-
Are they not Bluetooth? I swear I remember connecting my Wiimote to my PC via Bluetooth eons ago by just holding down the 1 and 2 buttons to enter pairing mode.

You're right i'm full of shit, they do in fact use bluetooth.

Also why would using WiFi make it slower? And why on Earth would using an adapter help with that?
