Enforcement of sanctions is a legitimate use of AIS. Evasion of sanctions is subject to the appropriate risks.

That's not how sanctions, blockades, or embargoes work. The world economy would never survive if it was. If you declare war on anyone whose ever set foot in Israel then you are, again, de facto declaring war on the entire world.
The Houthis really fucked up.

Nobody said shit about surviving without Israel. The Houthis shut down the straight leading to the Suez Canal. That is not a blockade of Israel. It is a blockade of the busiest international shipping route in the world.

The blockade ended on November 20th 1962. Any non US ships can go to Cuba just fine.
