He like rallies and speeches. Sounds like another nationalist leader who blamed a religious group too, and went on to provide a final solution.
Dalit is actually one of the historically "untouchable" Indian castes mind you.
I say historically because certain "perceptions" about castes still persist in this country despite the caste system officially being outlawed since the late 1940s.
