It's not on Steam, but you can add it as a non steam game and play it with Proton.

O can’t remember exactly, but there s a procedure out there to add a non steam game to your deck, then it shows up in the game mode interface. It might have to be added on desktop mode, then it will be avail on steam mode. It’s basically the same hack as getting GOG or Epic launchers into Steam iirc.

It's not on steam, you need to get it from windows NT4/2000/ME/XP or Microsoft plus 95. But you can run it on a steam deck/Linux computer via proton
