A whole host of women on Supernatural who fans were supposed to ship with the main characters but who ended up rather same-y and at best were met with indifference. It got better in later seasons but never really good.

Killed her off-screen, needlessly. Best character in years, could've easily become member of the main cast or at least regular recurring (make her a technomage!!), but nooooo, women on SPN just die, y'know, like it's a law of nature. They KIND OF brought her back later but ugh.
