  • you know, in comparison dubya at least tried to have this kind of diplomatic subtlety that is nowhere to be found in current administration

    • Cheney/Dubya laid a lot of the groundwork for the fascist wave currently swamping the USA

      • i mean it would be hard to imagine 20 years ago precise ways things could get worse, and then

        • Disagree; the Patriot Act had plenty of easily determinable ways things could and did get worse.

          • Exactly. The people who were warning others about it were also dismissed as 'overreacting', just like what's going on now.
