Because eventually you'll want to stop browsing c/all after you find enough of your preferred content.

I rarely browse by c/All. A curated experience is better than a mishmash of everything imo.

What I want to meant was that they always get too popular and will probably spam your subscribed feed, as it happened to me.
If I want to see memes a quick glance to c/All would do.
