I don't see wikipedia doing this. Its a non for profit. Heck I don't even think they should block the uk and instead tell them to shove it. They can do the damn blocking themselves.
Where is Wikipedia based at? I seem to remember something about Wales but not sure if that is part of UK or even if Wales is wildly off.
The founders name is wales but I think its out of california.
Copy, I guess I got something right. USA doesn't seem very safe right now, maybe for different reasons but also perhaps also this.
