How many calories is in 1 cup of dry rice once it's cooked?
Cuz that's my normal meal. Just white rice. With soy sauce and hot sauce if I have it. Once every other week or so I'll make some pinto beans to have with my rice. But the rice is always there.

My unsolicited advice: Splurge on a bottle of multivitamins, take one with your rice meals. If you're missing those vitamins and nutrients you'll feel a positive difference within a few weeks.
