Just an FYI, all 3 judges, including a democrat judge, voted in favor of this. The POTUS has the right to deploy the National Guard to a city if that city's federal buildings and/or law enforcement are under attack.

considering ICE, are going in unmarked vans, with masks, not identifying themselves, not showing warrants. they are a domestic terrorist gang and not law enforcement.

Okay, so the 3 judges were wrong, and the POTUS doesn't have any right at all to deploy the national guard? Maybe you need to be a judge!
