petit mort means "little death" and while it is commonly used to mean orgasm, it can be used in other ways (which I presume is the intent here). A fancy way of saying I thought I did something embarrassing and I just died.
If you were going to have a kink for one day of the week why would it be Tuesday? Tuesdays are sort of insipid and uninspiring as days go.
