Tbf, I'll give a two weeks notice when they start giving two weeks notice before firing people. Two weeks notice, two way street.

Meanwhile in Sweden, my contract says three months notice from the employee and six months from the employer.

Hearing this stuff about the US I'm only surprised that they didn't make it so that company can fire you without notice but you have to give a binding notice to the company.
