Mind explaining this?
She keeps getting pregnant and having abortions.
Or miscarrying :(
That wouldn't be her "sending it back"
Except if she means that her body is sending them back. Then the post makes a lot more sense, her blaming god for miscarriages.
But the post says she sends them to god, not god sending and taking back so she clearly doesn't blame god for miscarriage
If your body does something, then you do something.
Yes, if my body miscarries, I send the baby back to god. If I blame god for that, I wouldn't phrase it that way.
YOU wouldn't.
I love how I try to figure out the most likely intended meaning by thinking about how the one thing and the other would be most likely expressed but you win the argument by saying "YOU wouldn't." Whatever, this is the internet
I'm just saying how the post makes the most sense and am pointing out to you that how you would say something isn't necessarily how somebody trying to make a funny post would say something.
If your intention is to win an argument on the internet where the average joe decides who wins it by some dumb points than good luck with that.
To those who are having the miscarriage, it definitely can seem like it is.
Product recall
It easily could. Religious funerals often say stuff like "were giving them back to you."
Or a Texas school teacher...
She keeps getting a Texas school teacher and having abortions?
She's a teacher in Texas and her students keep getting shot
I thought it's a joke, she is not really sending anything back to God just as God is not really sending her anything
Extended explanation: I suspect the "back and forth" is likely a reference to the "poop back and forth" scene in Miranda July's 2005 film Me and You and Everyone We Know.
I remember watching that movie when it came out, that line is burned into my brain forever.
