Honestly just chat/interact with them. What's the big deal? They seem humorous. Or just block their communities

  Making stupid comments isn't a problem, posting stuff that is against the instance's rules is. So if they're harassing people or posting disallowed content or something consistently (more than a handful of individuals), and the admin either refuses or ignores requests to take action, then they should be defederated.
  If you have an articulable set of problematic posts that demonstrates that it's not just one a handful of users, post those and we can discuss defederation. If it's urgent (e.g. the instance is under active attack), bring it to the admin's attention immediately.

  So they're just denying the Uyghur genocide because it would make a "communist" country look bad but they don't deny the genocides by capitalist countries, so they're ok 👍

  I'll add to this - the Holocaust museum features prominently the testimony and picture of Rushan Abbas. She has a long history of activism in China (the details of which are important but we have more immediate concerns), and that lead to a career with... Radio Free Asia... Oh look, there we have another CIA/State Department mouthpiece.
  I will further critique the source and echo another commenter saying that they don't have a single link. That page tells a story, but it does not provide any direct sources other than testimony from activists with demonstrable links to RFA.

  And this UN article mentions human rights violations, which, fine, nobody is arguing that there aren’t human rights violations in Xinjiang detention centers. But compared to US prisons, these conditions are pleasant. NOTHING in that article is even hinting at genocide. And comparing prison time for 2-18 months to genocide is deeply offensive to peoples who have actually suffered genocide. You sound like a typical white westerner who is trying to whitewash the crimes of your country by projecting them onto other countries
