Can we get something going like a chat room or something just for mods that are established? To bounce idea's off of each other and get more traffic and stuff into lemmy.world?

Also bounce opinions off of. How to correct something that seems lacking in a community, so that you could have another mod to discuss stuff? Or just removed and moan about users and stuff without reprecussions? I think it would be a better and would make us more active in getting traffic.
