Chicken pasta. Soda bread garlic knots

Leftover chicken pasta from last week but take the meat off the thighs and mix in some red pepper flakes and mozzarella when reheating the sauce.

I wanted garlic knots but only had 20 minutes. Enough time for a soda bread and air fryer? Looking online I found exactly one recipe three times. And it wasn't for an air fryer. But I can math.

I didn't have buttermilk. I had expiring milk and vinegar.

  • Roll each out to about 8 inches long.
