If someone change their last name woudl it cost them job oppetutines?

If someone hates their current last name and likes a fictional character’s last name, like Tony Stark, Bruce Wayne, Danny Rand, or Clark Kent, and legally changes their last name to one of those, would it cost them job opportunities?
