Meta: disallow AI-gen posts?

I noticed that AI posts tend to get reported so I figured maybe we just make them officially disallowed.

Edit 2026-04-02: Finally updated the sidebar to clarify that "low-effort GenAI posts are disallowed". Thanks all for your input!
