Any experienced psilocybin microdosers for general advice?

Today I took my first 100mg capsule of psilocybin, two hours ago, and all I feel is probably some light headedness, no noticeable difference in mood. Should I do 200mg tomorrow or just stick with 100mg? I'm supposed to take for 4 days, and three days off.
