(HARDWARE?) mic just produces usb noise and doesnt pick up audio

first im not good at linux i chose mint cuz i just want it to workon my main machine the mic produces just random noisewhile on my secondary one the mic works no problembasically every detail on my device is available on the linux mint forumaltho i posted this due to it being almost 3 months and a thousand views without comments so i decided to comment it here

after recent testing it seems like it is a hardware issue and not a os, bios, dependency, ect issue

where the mic doesnt pick up anything and produces usb noise

(the mic isnt the problem as it works on my phone and my secondary machine)
