can we add an reaction emoji to be able to tag posts as AI slop?

eg. https://piefed.social/c/microblogmemes/p/1695533/burrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhi reacted with the red card emoji.maybe we can agree on one emoji for this or better yet have a dedicated one!
