Is there an actor you can't stand? Do they have any exceptions?
For example, I don't like Will Ferrell in his typical roles. Oh they just drive me batty.
But. I do love Stranger Than Fiction. It's such a cozy movie.

Amber Heard. I used to find her attractive and her acting is decent. Then, the whole court case fiasco happened and I just can’t tolerate her anymore. I haven't watched Aquaman because of her.

You must be kidding. One got harassed and the other not. Yet 12 out of 14 facts of violence were recognized by the court. Masculinists used the fact that their was a recording in which we heard Amber saying shee slapped Depp to occult that. There was no big petitions to ask for Depp not to be in future movies, yet a lot of people signed for Amber Heard to be removed from Aquaman. Worse than that, Depp was supported massively by public opinion.
The initial comment goes along those lines. Bro can't stand Amber Heard, yet nothing about Depp who is 1000x worse (if you need a memory refresh, go read the 12 facts of violence the court recognized).
I can't speak to the details of their individual shittiness as i intentionally avoided it cause it was all very dumb celebrity gossip, but Depp was specifically dropped from every franchise he was a part of well before the American over-hyping happened. Hard to petition that someone be boycott when no one is hiring him anyway.
